If you would like to apply to become a member of our global linguistic vendor network, review the information outlined below to fully understand the requirements, as well as the registration and application process.
​
Applicants must have native or near-native fluency in the offered languages, have cultural competence in both source and target language cultures, and meet at least one of the following qualifications:

Higher education degree in translation

Higher education degree from a recognized institution in any field accompanied by at least two (2) years full-time experience providing translation and linguistic services

At least five (5) years full-time experience providing translation and linguistic services
Applications must be submitted within our Vendor Portal while following the provided guide, which outlines proper completion of the application and registration process. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Upon initiating registration, applicants are required to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions on the registration page prior to moving forward, to fully understand what is expected under the scope of work and the policies governing the cooperation.

The application process includes answering questions pertaining to offered linguistic services and qualifications, as well as uploading supporting documentation including but not limited to:

Most recent version of resume/CV

Government issued form of ID (solely for identification confirmation purposes)

Copies of education degree(s)/certificate(s)

Proof of previous experience (e.g., portfolio, samples, certifications, statements of work and/or reference letters)
Files and personal data are regarded as confidential materials, which are handled securely in compliance with data protection policies outlined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Submissions will be reviewed by FCI’s Validation Specialist, and applicants will be contacted by our Vendor Management Team for next steps once an application is selected to move forward.
